Our apartment is located in the heart of Riscone, on the Kronplatz in Haus Petra. The sunny and spacious apartment is suitable for 2 - 6 persons (95 m2).
Surroundings: 400 m to the ski slopes, 150 m to the cross-country ski run, 50 m to the bus stop, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants and shops just a few meters, the apartment is located 1 km from the center of Brunico. Riscone has a large sports area with golf courses, riding stables, soccer fields and tennis courts.

- Price information:
The prices are per apartment and day exclusive of local tax (children up to 14 years are exempt from the local tax.)
Final cleaning € 50
- Arrival & departure:
Your apartment is ready on the day of arrival from 13.00 o’ clock.
If you arrive after 20.00 we ask you for notification.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment until 10.00 clock.
- Useful information:
- It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
- Payment is made at the end of the stay by credit card, debit card or cash.
- Dogs and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Cancellation of a reservation:
- In case of cancellation we ask you to inform us by e-mail as soon as possible
- Up to 30 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees. The deposit will be credited to you for a future stay.
- In case of a later cancellation, we will try to rent the apartment again. If this is not possible, we must charge you the following percentages as compensation for the total price:
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival - your deposit is held
- Cancellation 15 days before arrival 50%
- Cancellation 7 days before arrival 80%
- For late arrivals or early departures, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- We recommend our travel cancellation insurance.
- Reservation conditions:
