- Price information:
Prices are per person and day with half board, excluding local taxes (children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax).
- Payment at the end of the stay:

We grant the following reduction for children in the parents' room:
- 0 - 1 years Euro 15.00 per day, including cot and food
- 2 - 6 years 50% discount on half board price
- 7 - 10 years 30% discount on half board price
- 11 - 14 years 10% discount on half-board price
- Arrival & departure:
On your day of arrival, your room is ready for check in from 1 pm onwards.
If you arrive after 20:00, we ask you to inform us.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00.
For the occupancy of a double room for single use we charge € 20.00 per day.
- To know more:
- Smoking in the rooms and in the hotel is not permitted.
- Dogs and pets are not allowed in the Pichlerhof.
- Cancellation of a reservation:
- In case of cancellation we ask you to inform us by e-mail as soon as possible
- Up to 30 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees. The deposit will be credited to you for a future stay.
- In case of a later cancellation, we will try to rent the room again. If we can not, we must charge you the following percentages as compensation for the total price:
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival - your deposit is held
- Cancellation 15 days before arrival 50%
- Cancellation 7 days before arrival 80%
- For late arrivals or early departures, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- We recommend our travel cancellation insurance.
- Booking conditions:
In order to guarantee the reservation we kindly ask you to make a deposit (to be requested) to be paid into our current account of the Raiffeisen bank in Brunico:
